Phase 1
Complete Solo Kihon Happo — Basics (On the Spot)
Drill each technique stationary to lock in structure, angles, and hand positioning. Then run the “All Kihon — On the Spot” flow.
Phase 2
Eight Directions — Apply Each Technique
Add stepping and angling. Keep the same hand mechanics while changing entry lines and exits in all eight directions.
